Returns and refunds

Please reach out if there are problems with your purchase within 3 days of delivery.

For ready-to-ship pieces, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of deliver and arrive in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom pieces are not returnable.

Each piece is hand made and as such, have characteristics that come with being artisan crafted. As such, I would be happy to share a live video for any item before it is purchased, and answer any questions you may have.
